Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community Projects Big Impact on Valley Development
The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) continues to welcome high-quality development and developers whose focus and commitment was on long-term, sustainable growth, and success for the community and its landowners. With several development projects either recently completed/opened or underway, SRPMIC is poised to have a remarkable year.
Most recently, RYAN Companies broke ground on a 271,000-square foot, twinned office tower on 32 acres San Francisco-based McKesson that will be the company’s corporate regional headquarters with more than 2000 employees. McKesson is the oldest and largest health care company in the nation, serving more than 50% of U.S. hospitals, 20% of physicians, and 96% of the top 25 health plans delivering 1/3rd of all medications used daily in North America.
Join Valley Partnership for its March Friday Morning Breakfast with representatives from SRPMIC, Salt River Devco (the community’s commercial real estate enterprise), Ryan Companies, and McKesson to learn about:
- SRPMIC’s current and planned development projects
- Best practices for working with SRPMIC and Salt River Devco
- An overview and update on the McKesson project including how Ryan and SRPMIC worked together to bring this project to fruition
