- Participate on one or more of Valley Partnership’s committees

- Promote job opportunities on Valley Partnership’s online job bank

- Designate a Primary Member to vote on behalf of the company

Valley Partnership has four membership classifications:

Developer Membership

Annual dues are $750.

A company that develops commercial, industrial, multi-family, residential or master planned communities.

Professional Membership

Annual dues are $500.

A company that provides services to the real estate development industry such as attorneys, engineers, title companies, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, banks or real estate financing.

Sole Practitioner Membership:

Annual dues are $250.

A company that has only one primary professional (support staff is not included in the employee count).

Government Membership

Annual dues are waived for Government partners.

A municipality, county, state or federal entity i.e. City of Phoenix, Town of Apache Junction, Maricopa County, State Department of Commerce.
