John Creer

ASU University Real State Development

John P. Creer was recently named assistant vice president for Real Estate Development at Arizona State University. In his role Mr. Creer is responsible for developing ASU’s underutilized real estate assets such as the 320-acre facilities district and leading other strategic real estate initiatives. Mr. Creer has nearly 30 years of experience in commercial real estate development, consulting and asset management for both private and public clients. Mr. Creer began his real estate career in Salt Lake City where he developed commercial, industrial and resort properties. He then spent several years in Los Angeles with The Trammell Crow Company co-managing the Los Angeles Unified School District multi-billion dollar capital program and was directly responsible for developing $3.5B of real estate assets that included public schools, charter schools, K-12 teacher housing projects, health care and other related public private developments. He recently spent the past two years in Salt Lake as a commercial real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Commercial Intermountain where he represented local, regional and national clients such as US Bank, UPS, Silverleaf, MFCP, Joy Global, Obagi and others.
